Service Description

This package is ideal if you have done a majority of the planning yourself, but need help tying up the loose ends and taking the pressure off of you, your friends and your family to manage your event. Services begin 6 weeks out from the event. We will finalize your timeline, finalize your layout and prepare you for the final walkthrough with the venue + catering. Including attending the walkthrough, we will have 3 scheduled meetings to cover all event details. Personalized tracking sheet to house all pertinent wedding information. Communicate final timeline and manage all vendors the day of. Lead rehearsal of ceremony. Set up/Clean up of all personal decor. Anything that needs to be set up and cleaned up that is yours, we will take care of. Weight and height limitations may apply and require outside assistance. Please inquire for more details. Two staff members on site all day, the day of. Managing an event requires attention to each moving piece, and from our experience, each event runs more seamlessly with two people.
