This package is ideal if you have less than 30 guests in attendance. Services begin when you sign on, and include 3 planning meetings leading up to the event. One meeting is designated to a site tour or venue walkthrough. Personalized tracking sheet to house all pertinent wedding information. Suggest and source any missing vendors. There are not many vendor categories we can’t recommend for you. DJ’s, Photographers, Catering? We got you. Magicians, Mechanical Bull Services? We also have recs for that! Design and manage timeline. Design and manage layout. Communicate all pertinent information to vendors and manage vendors the day of. Set up/Clean up of ceremony and reception areas. Anything that needs to be set up and cleaned up that is yours, we will take care of. Weight and height limitations may apply and require outside assistance. Please inquire for more details.
