This package is ideal if you have already picked a date and a venue, maybe an additional vendor or two, but need help tying the rest together. Some of our duties, and expectations of us include: From the time you sign on, until the wedding day, we are in contact and working together to tag team your wedding planning. Unlimited communication with scheduled planning meetings each month leading up to the wedding. Begins at 12 months out. Attends any venue required meetings, such as a final 30 day walkthrough with the venue itself and catering. Personalized tracking sheet to house all pertinent wedding information. Help source missing vendors. There are not many vendor categories we can’t recommend for you. DJ’s, Photographers, Catering? We got you. Magicians, Mechanical Bull Services? We also have recs for that! Design and manage layout of ceremony and reception sites. Design and manage timeline of the day. Lead rehearsal of ceremony. Assist with rehearsal dinner and/or welcome party plans. Set up/Clean up of all personal decor. We are happy to assist with overall design for an additional fee, but if you design your wedding yourself, anything that needs to be set up and cleaned up that is yours, we will take care of.
